As for the coloring ...
You've done a wonderful job giving the image that oil painted look. The colors are smooth and vibrant. I like the white highlights in the hair, and the dark, smokey goth eyes.
The touch of violet in the lips is a nice touch as well, it really gives the lips a warm glow.
I do, however, have issue with the colors chosen for the skin tones. You've done a wonderful job blending and shading, but the colors themselves seem to be a bit too ... artificial. The highlights are a touch to intense for skin, and the shade gives her face a gaunt, almost skeletal appearance.
The effect ages the face greatly. What should be a young vibrant image seems more a portrait of a much older woman.
I would suggest toning down the shade, and adding a bit of a counter color to offset the highlights. I've seen demonstrations Boris Vallejo, and he uses greens as an under paint to give the skin a more realistic hue.
I feel that your anatomic shading is spot on, just a touch to intense for the image.
High marks for your use of color, but a few minuses for the overdoing it
Keep up the great work.
